1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PipeLogics website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
PipeLogics provides a customer growth service designed exclusively for plumbing businesses, including call handling, appointment coordination, follow-up communications, and analytics. Specific service scope is defined in your engagement agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your business in order to enter into these terms.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, cooperate in reasonable onboarding activities, and use PipeLogics services in compliance with applicable laws, including telecommunications and consumer protection regulations.
5. Fees
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are described in your engagement agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in that agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the PipeLogics platform, brand, and materials remain the property of PipeLogics. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only in connection with the services described herein.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
PipeLogics performs its services with professional care. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PipeLogics's total liability under these terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as set out in the engagement agreement. Sections intended to survive termination (including confidentiality, IP, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
